La Rioja, with its excellent seasonal vegetable garden and high quality products, is present in Jazz Restaurant, where we wanted to incorporate the new trend in gastronomy; seasonal cuisine and sensations that take us back to childhood and grandmother´s pots.
Located in the heart of the Sierra de Cebollera Natural Park, in its walls we have recreated its landscapes, a whole festival of trees, leaves, logs, wood, earth and water.
We offer a menu composed of a great variety of first, second and desserts without missing typical dishes of Serrana gastronomy such as Caparrones or Carrilleras with Boletus sauce. We will surprise you with our homemade desserts such as curd with caramel, coffee flan and our famous cheese cake.
